Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us—using the “Contacts for Exercising Withdrawal”—of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, via email).

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective or damaged goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that after exercising your right of withdrawal, the return or shipment of the related products must be made to a different address indicated in the following paragraph.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have completed the receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned item. If you withdraw from the contract, any payments you have made to us will be refunded, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Products must be returned intact and properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, complete with all accessories if applicable. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, in the following cases:

  • the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health-related reasons and which have been opened after delivery;

  • products subject to promotions (e.g., Promotions, Black Friday, Family and Friends).

In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of even partial use of the product and/or washing of the product.

We reserve the right not to accept returns or to withhold refunds for products that are missing their tag, label, or original packaging, or that have been altered in their essential or qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged.
